Job Description

Role: Senior Analytics Advisor – Data AI P&C

Location: Trenton New Jersey, USA

Contract – 12 Months

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and contribute to opportunity assessments and strategic proposal development, focusing on consultative engagement to identify and address key business challenges for P&C insurance clients.

1. Develop and manage Point of View documents and solution proposals that align analytics-driven solutions with business objectives across the P&C insurance value chain.

1. Demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic, operational, and tactical goals, while highlighting how advanced analytics can unlock measurable business impact.

1. Lead scaling of pilots and POCs into long-term, transformative programs, driving continuous business value through data-driven decision-making.

1. Collaborate closely with client teams to understand their needs and present Value Momentum’s analytics and consulting capabilities as strategic enablers of business transformation, rather than just product offerings.

1. Conduct market and company-specific research to support opportunity identification, ensuring that solutions are tailored to client challenges and have a clear, quantifiable business impact.

1. Lead the execution of PoCs for innovative ideas, respond to RFPs, and leverage market research to craft solutions that directly address client needs and drive business outcomes.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

1. 10-15 years of experience in analytics consulting, with a strong focus on the Insurance domain, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance and advanced analytics solutions.

1. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., machine learning, AI, big data, cloud technologies) specific to the insurance industry.

1. Deep expertise in developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions tailored to the needs of the P&C insurance industry, with a proven ability to demonstrate how data-driven insights can address key business challenges and drive measurable business impact.

1. Proven track record of consultative client engagement, with significant experience in leading strategic conversations that bridge technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring analytics solutions align with the client's long-term objectives.

1. Strong experience in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, focusing on collaborative problem-solving and being a trusted advisor rather than a traditional vendor.

1. Exceptional research and analytical skills to stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are both innovative and highly relevant to client needs.

1. Proven ability to work with global, cross-functional teams, translating client business challenges into clear requirements for remote teams, while maintaining effective communication across diverse cultures and geographies.

1. Leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively in a matrix environment, ensuring successful solution delivery and client satisfaction across all stages of engagement.

1. Advanced presentation and documentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to create impactful Point of View documents, proposals, and RFP responses that effectively convey the strategic business value of proposed analytics solutions.

1. Proactive, results-driven mindset, with a strong inclination for continuous learning and adapting to new challenges and technologies in the analytics and insurance spaces.

1. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior business leaders, technology partners, practitioners, and client teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the engagement process.

1. Advanced certifications in data analytics, AI, or insurance-specific technology
