Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring accurate alignment and stitching of designs on various garments and textiles
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Prepare embroidery files and patterns using specialized software, ensuring correct sizing, placement, and color matching
- Conduct routine maintenance on embroidery equipment to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring each piece meets quality specifications before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain organized records of production runs, machine maintenance logs, and quality checks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
Skills
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric handling techniques
- Experience operating sewing machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Knowledge of sewing techniques and textile finishing processes
