We are looking to add to our team!
We specialize in Photography, Video, Floor Plans, 3d tours (Matterport & Zillow 3d tour) and more. We are looking for a driven Photographer/Videographer who loves Real Estate as much as we do to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a field-based creative position focused on capturing and delivering high-end real estate media at scale without sacrificing quality.
- Primary focus: Luxury real estate photography
- Secondary focus: Cinematic walkthrough and lifestyle video
- Capture multiple listings per day with precision and consistency
- Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times
- Shoot multiple listings a day. Other services will be added depending on client.
- Show up on time to appointments!
- Electronically send work at the end of each workday.
- Deliver all raw media electronically at the end of each shoot day
- No post-production work required!
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Photography experience is a MUST.
- Must have the following equipment: Full Frame DSLR Camera, 16-35mm Wide Angle Lens, and Tripod (3ft-5ft Range of Expansion). We will provide the 3d tour camera.
- Must have reliable car and insurance.
- Must have a smartphone and data, high-speed internet, and a personal computer.
- Must be reliable and capable of following appointment schedules.
- Tech savvy, and proficient with computers (Dropbox specifically).
- Comfortable working at a fast pace while on your feet most of the day.
- Has a positive attitude, good sense of humor, and a go-getter! Understand that customers deserve excellent service.
- Strong communication skills, organized, and detail oriented.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 to 8 hour shifts
