Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team . This role involves engaging with customers, handling transactions, and blowing up balloons for customers.
Ability to have flexible hours meeting customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Stock shelves and organize to maintain a neat and appealing store layout.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems (training will be provided if necessary).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
