Warehouse Worker Forklift Operator

Position: Warehouse / Forklift Operator with Administrative Responsibilities

Location: 6400 Corporate Park dr. Loudon, TN 37774
Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift type: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm.

We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team in a fast-paced, 100,000 sq ft warehouse environment. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with administrative and inventory monitoring responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing physical work with computer-based tasks and can adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Build and organize partial pallets to meet order requirements.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative support using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure timely loading/unloading.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience (certification preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask between warehouse duties and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
