We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations, lead staff, and deliver exceptional food quality in a fast-paced dinner theatre and banquet-style environment.

- Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations for efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Work actively on the line, supporting food preparation and service execution
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive, high-performance team culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control, minimizing waste
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal offerings, and specials
- Maintain timely and accurate food production during high-volume service periods
- Oversee buffet/serving line presentation to ensure a clean, safe, and guest-friendly experience
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen management experience (Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role)
- Experience in banquet, buffet, catering, or high-volume food service preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred)
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation (occasional local supply runs required)
- Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
