Our Bartenders are responsible for crafting beverages quickly and accurately while providing exceptional guest service in a high-volume, entertainment-driven environment. This role requires a friendly personality, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to keep composure and efficiency during busy pre-show and intermission rushes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests
- Provide excellent service with a welcoming and engaging attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing tools.
- Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system
- Work efficiently during high-traffic periods such as pre-show and intermission
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Assist with inventory control, including restocking and product rotation
- Collaborate with theatre and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
- 1 year of bartending experience in a busy restaurant, theatre, or event venue preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
- POS experience preferred.
