Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technology including but not limited to databases and dashboards that collect, analyze, and report information related to ORMDI's core mission and business processes. You will provide internal and external customers with accurate and timely workforce diversity and inclusion data through standardized and ad hoc reports. Qualifications:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-11) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Using qualitative and quantitative methods to prepare workforce analysis reports on various aspects of the employment lifecycle; (2) Developing web-based applications (i.e. SharePoint, etc.) and/or database management systems (i.e. Microsoft, Power BI, etc.); (3) Evaluating the effectiveness of EEO diversity and inclusion programs to recommend improvements; (4) Developing instructional training to an organization on data systems and applications.
