Wage 1500-hour, primary receptionist and scanner for regional office providing dynamic customer service and administrative support services for Regional Office Staff and the Office Manager. Performs a variety of administrative duties including scanning multiple media documents, digital entry of documents into DEQ database(s), data entry, and shredding of documents containing sensitive information. Performs multi-media document quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities in interpersonal and public relations; including effective working relationships, promoting teamwork, showing respect to others both within an organization and the public with the ability to work independently. Effective oral and written communication including clear and proficient verbal communications; advanced organizational skills, PC operations including email, MS Word, and creating and maintaining large Excel spreadsheets.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate. Experience in multi-tasking organizational skills and appropriate professional etiquette. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel spreadsheet usage and production.
