Job Duties

Provides clerical and administrative support. Maintains filing systems, copies, and distributes materials, and purges inactive files. Performs keyboarding duties, entering data into forms, documents, and agency data systems. Produces administrative reports and correspondences.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to efficiently complete office support tasks. They should have recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office environment, along with knowledge of clerical or administrative procedures within a correctional or alternative setting. Candidates should also possess a working knowledge of multi-line telephone systems and have experience with filing, record keeping, or data entry.

Additional Considerations

Advanced knowledge, coursework, or certification business management, office administration or equivalent training.
