Job Duties

This position is responsible for answering telephone calls with appropriate etiquette. Take messages accordingly. Receives and disperses mail. Provides backup support for hospital office functions. Provides rotational coverage as switchboard operator/receptionist to meet hospital needs (rotational shifts include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

Multi-line telephone experience
Experience in general office setting
Good communication skills
Experience with computer applications
