Job Summary

In this energetic role, you will operate the cash register, answer phones and assist customers with product knowledge. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly
- Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and provide customers with advice and guidance on our products and services
Experience/Qualifications
- Prior experience with plants and plant knowledge is Required!
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English (Bilingual-English and Spanish is a Bonus!)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging customers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively communicate and appropriately respond to inquiries in person and over the phone
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
