What You'll Do
Primary activities will include:
- Configuring, testing, issue resolution and implementation support.
- Collaborate with clients to solve challenging business requirements
- Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation.
- Work with analysts to resolve technical issues.
- Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner.
- 0- 20% travel required. A portion of your time will be spent on-site working directly with the customer’s project team.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering; Supply Chain Management; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; or related technical degree, with a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
- 0 – 1 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience through internships and/or cooperative programs
- “Hands on” work experience gained through internships and/or co-op programs, especially if supply chain related
- Must possess an understanding of supply-chain management
- Experience troubleshooting and developing SQL queries using relational databases
- Excellent communications and task management skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally in nature
- Self-motivated and hungry to learn
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to relocate and travel approximately 20%
- Position located at the Alpharetta, GA office
