Job Description:
As Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for engaging with potential customers, past customers, and existing clients through phone calls to drive sales and provide exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and close sales will be vital to our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to potential customers, past customers, and existing clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Booking product demonstrations.
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients, answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide advice on products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with potential customers, past customers, and existing clients, identifying additional sales opportunities and fostering brand loyalty.
- Actively listen to customers' needs to recommend suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, meeting monthly sales quotas from potential customers, past customers, and existing clients.
- Stay updated on company products/services and communicate relevant updates to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience for potential customers, past customers, and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telephone sales and/or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and achieve sales quotas.
- Skill in handling objections professionally and persuasively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move 50 pounds or more on occasion.
