What You’ll Do:
Sales Leadership: As a top-tier Sales Leader, you'll drive sales with enthusiasm and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. You’ll lead by example, helping the team unlock their full potential and achieve sales goals.
Coaching & Mentorship: You’re more than a manager; you’re a coach and mentor. You'll inspire and guide your team to not only meet their goals but to grow in their careers. You’ll provide training, feedback, and development opportunities to help each team member succeed.

Client Experience Champion: The client experience is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure that every client feels welcomed, valued, and pampered. You’ll go above and beyond to ensure that every interaction, from booking to service, is seamless and unforgettable.

Create a Unified Team Culture: Build and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone feels supported. You’ll create a place where the entire team feels like family, working towards the same mission of excellence in beauty and customer service.

Focus on Results & Growth: You’re goal-oriented and love to see the results of your hard work. You’ll track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage daily operations, and develop strategies for growth—both for the business and the team.
Love for Skin & Beauty: You should have a genuine passion for skin care and beauty. Whether it’s waxing, skincare treatments, or staying updated on the latest trends, you are dedicated to being an expert in the field and passing on your knowledge to the team.
