Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Window Cleaner role based in Tampa, FL. The Window Cleaner will perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties, including washing, squeegeeing, and detailing glass, frames, and sills. Daily tasks include setting up and safely using ladders and other equipment, working at varying heights, and following established cleaning procedures and safety standards. The role involves traveling to scheduled job sites, communicating professionally with customers, and ensuring each job is completed on time and to quality expectations. Team members may also assist with routine maintenance services, basic equipment care, and supporting coworkers as needed.

Qualifications
- Practical experience or strong aptitude in Window Cleaning and Window care for residential and commercial properties.
- Knowledge of Contract Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning practices, including safety, quality, and customer service standards.
- Ability and willingness to Work at Height, including safe use of ladders and related equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability in attendance and scheduling, and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
- Good physical stamina, ability to lift and carry equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and professional conduct when interacting with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Tampa Bay area.
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related cleaning services is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
