We are currently hiring Maryland-based CDL-A drivers, and we welcome both recent graduates and experienced drivers ready to build a stable, long-term career. Our fleet operates primarily throughout the Eastern states, providing predictable runs, consistent miles, and a structured pathway for new drivers to grow with confidence.

What This Position Offers
• Pay: Average weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500 , depending on experience and miles
• Miles: 2,200–2,600 miles weekly
• Home Time:
– Drivers with 6 months of experience: Home weekly for full 34–48 hour resets
– New drivers: Typically home bi-weekly until reaching 90 days of solo driving, then transition to weekly resets based on performance
• Freight Type: 53’ Dry Van, non-perishable goods
• Touch: 100% No Touch Freight
• Trailer Work: 70% drop & hook / 30% live load
• Operating Area: MD, VA, DE, NJ, PA, OH, WV, with occasional runs into NY, CT, and MA
• Tractor: Assigned equipment once training is completed
For New & Recent CDL Graduates
We understand how challenging the first 90 days can be in this industry. That’s why all entry-level drivers are paired with a professional Mentor Specialist for 3–4 weeks of paid hands-on training.
This program is designed to:
- Strengthen your driving skills
- Build real-world confidence
- Prepare you for solo work and CPM pay
- Give you a clear long-term path in the company
Once training is completed, new drivers transition into their own tractor and begin running consistent dedicated routes.
Experience Drivers (6 Months or More)
Drivers with 6 months of verified tractor-trailer experience qualify for:
- Weekly home time
- Higher CPM pay scale
- Limited sign-on incentives
- Priority routing and preferred scheduling
These positions fill quickly due to the home-time structure.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and medical card
- Clean MVR with no serious violations
- Must pass drug screening
- Live within 100 miles of Hagerstown or Frederick, or similar Maryland hiring zones
- Recent graduates must have completed at least 120 hours from an accredited school
