CDL-A Drivers Needed – Easton, PA Area | Steady Eastern Routes | Start Immediately
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers based in or near Easton, Pennsylvania to support consistent Eastern freight with reliable weekly pay and dependable home time. This opening is ideal for drivers who want structure, clear expectations, and a lane that stays productive without constantly changing.
We welcome experienced drivers, recent graduates, and qualified SAP drivers who meet experience requirements.
What This Job Looks Like
Drivers on this account operate throughout the Eastern states, running well-planned routes that support strong miles and predictable schedules. Typical coverage includes PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, and OH, with occasional runs into NY, CT, and Massachusetts based on customer needs.
Freight is non-perishable, hauled on 53-foot trailers, and does not require loading or unloading by the driver.
Pay & Miles
Drivers typically earn around $1,500 per week, with CPM up to $0.70 based on verified driving experience. Miles are consistent, allowing drivers to maintain steady income week after week. Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit.
SAP drivers are now being accepted provided they have a minimum of two years of verified tractor-trailer experience and are fully compliant with return-to-duty requirements. All SAP applicants are reviewed individually.
Home Time
Home time is structured and clearly communicated.
Drivers with six months or more experience are generally home weekly for full 34–48 hour resets.
Newer drivers may begin with bi-weekly resets until consistent performance is established, with opportunities for increased home time thereafter.
New Driver Support
Recent CDL graduates will complete a paid mentor program designed to build confidence and real-world readiness before transitioning to solo status. Training focuses on safety, trip planning, and day-to-day operations to prepare drivers for long-term success.
