What This Position Offers
- Home Weekly: Out 5 days, home 2 days every week.
- Pay: Drivers average $1,450 weekly once solo.
- Training:
- New drivers complete a 3–4 week paid mentor program.
- After graduating, drivers move into solo status with CPM pay.
- Miles & Workload:
- 10–14 hour routes,
- 1–3 loads per day,
- Texas-based pickups,
- Deliveries throughout Texas surrounding Southern/Southeastern states (no West Coast).
- Freight:
- Dry Van Reefer mix,
- 100% No Touch Freight,
- 65% Drop & Hook,
- Live loads only at delivery.
- Equipment: Take your tractor home for your resets if preferred.
Who We’re Looking For

- New CDL-A graduates ready for training.
- Drivers with 3 months’ experience (preferred) ready to roll solo immediately.
