What This Position Offers

• Home Weekly: Out 5 days, home 2 days every week.
• Pay: Drivers average $1,450 weekly once solo.
• Training:
  • New drivers complete a 3–4 week paid mentor program.
  • After graduating, drivers move into solo status with CPM pay.
• Miles & Workload:
  • 10–14 hour routes,
  • 1–3 loads per day,
  • Texas-based pickups,
  • Deliveries throughout Texas surrounding Southern/Southeastern states (no West Coast).
• Freight:
  • Dry Van Reefer mix,
  • 100% No Touch Freight,
  • 65% Drop & Hook,
  • Live loads only at delivery.
• Equipment: Take your tractor home for your resets if preferred.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome:

• New CDL-A graduates ready for training.
• Drivers with 3 months’ experience (preferred) ready to roll solo immediately.
