We’re expanding our South Central Regional fleet and hiring motivated CDL-A drivers — including recent graduates — who want steady miles, dependable home time, and real earning power. If you’re looking for your first opportunity or you’re an experienced driver ready for a consistent lane, this position offers structure, pay, and support.

You’ll run refrigerated freight across the South Central, Southeastern, and select Midwest states. This is a predictable, steady network with strong weekly miles and a clear path for growth.

WEEKLY PAY

• Experienced drivers average around $1,500 per week
• New solo drivers typically earn $1,200–$1,500 weekly once training is completed
• Weekly miles: 2,300–2,600
• Weekly direct deposit
• Paid weekly during training

Drivers who stay consistent see reliable weekly earnings.

HOMETTIME

• 7–12 days out
• Home 2 full days for reset
• Home-time cycle remains consistent once placed on your lane

OPERATING AREA — SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL

This lane runs in a wide but familiar network:

Primary States:
Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee

Occasional Midwest:
Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri

No Northeast.
No West Coast.

FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT

• 53’ refrigerated trailers
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mix of preloaded and live loads
• Simple single-pick, single-drop routes
• Assigned tractor upon completion of training

NEW DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

We welcome recent CDL school graduates looking for their first opportunity. You’ll be paired with an experienced mentor to build real-world skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A
• Must live within 100 miles of Monroe, LA
• Clean MVR and ability to meet safety standards
• New grads must provide a 120-hour CDL school certificate
