Pay Rate: $22.00 - $28.00/hour commission and bonus

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- EPA Certified
- 2 years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for residential system
- Understanding of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps
- Ability to read and interpret residential wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to assess customer concerns and provide effective, value-drive solutions
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of safety practices related to tools, testing devices, and work environments
