Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hour commission and bonus
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-time role available
Position Summary: The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and basic service on HVAC systems for our Comfort Club members and clients. This role plays a key part in identifying system deficiencies, educating customers, and protecting our client's home comfort while delivering professional, top-notch customer service.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- At least six (6) months of HVAC experience and/or education is required
- EPA Certified or willingness to obtain within the first three (3) months Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of safety practices related to tools, testing devices, and work environments
