As our company continues to expand, we are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Team.
Position Summary: The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide essential support to both clients and team members. This role involves managing customer interactions related to plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services. You will be responsible for creating positive experiences, building lasting relationships and ensuring customers receive the help they need in a timely and professional manner.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Flexibility required for some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Work Location: This position is on-site at the office with some remote opportunities when working Saturdays, evenings or on-call coverage.
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatchers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide accurate information about services, memberships and promotions.
- Handle after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call duties as part of a rotating schedule.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
- Document customer information and service requests accurately in company systems.
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service (Plumbing and/or HVAC industry knowledge preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling/CRM systems.
- Flexible availability for events, weekends and holidays, as needed.
