Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general house maintenance, including painting, flooring, and repairing or replacing sinks and tubs. Pay is based on experience, and we value individuals who are adaptable and committed to maintaining a safe and functional environment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks across multiple areas of the facility, including plumbing repairs such as fixing sinks and tubs.
- Conduct basic electrical work, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Handle general house maintenance tasks such as painting, flooring installation or repair, and other handyman duties.
- Assist with preventive maintenance to avoid future issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after completion of tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations.
Skills
- Basic experience in plumbing repairs and installations.
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with house maintenance tasks such as painting, flooring, and fixture repairs.
- Versatility in handling a variety of repair and maintenance duties.

This role is pay based on experience. This role offers an opportunity for individuals with diverse maintenance skills to contribute meaningfully to our facility's up keep while developing their expertise further. Must have your own tools. Also need to be able to work independently and unsupervised most of the time. Must be a trustworthy person part of our team.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
