Description
- Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes.
- Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
- One to one care for a pediatric patient and a dependent adult patient
- Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums
- 8 hour Sat & Sun shifts
- Th & F 5pm to 10pm shifts
- PT up to 26 hours per week
- Must have a current CA - LVN license
- Must have current CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- New Grads are welcome, we can train
- One year of experience preferred
- Pediatric/ Dependent Adult experience and/or home health experience preferred
- Base access preferred
- Pay depends on overall experience level
