In This Role You Will
- Provide compassionate personal care in patients' homes
- Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
- Observe and communicate patient needs to the hospice nurse
- Encourage comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate visit documentation
- Build trusting relationships with patients and families

We're Looking For
- Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Home health or hospice experience is a plus
- A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional patient care
