Dependable Home Care is an established and a 5 Star Medicare Recognized Home Health Agency in Garland, Texas, looking for a dependable & reliable Licensed LVN in the state of Texas with home health experience, this role will involve providing high-quality care in patients' homes in Tyler, Texas and surrounding cities. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of home health experience and possess expertise in performing a range of clinical procedures including wound vac, lab draws, foley catheter changes, PICC line dressing changes, suture/staple removal, and providing patient education related to disease process, medications and home safety in order to prevent any further medical complications. Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and families to ensure the best patient outcomes. Travel is required for this job.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
