What You Will Do
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with excellent customer service
- Greet visitors and assist patients and staff with inquiries
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and professional office environment
- Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and other communications
- Make follow-up phone calls to staff and patients
- Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies
- Assist with planning staff events and office celebrations
- Prepare new hire and patient admission packets
- Spanish-speaking skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to quickly learn healthcare and industry-specific software
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license for occasional errands (mileage reimbursed)
