Human Resources Generalist

NOW HIRING AN HR GENERALIST

Looking for an HR Generalist for a New Company that is opening up in the city of Fontana. This is a Temp to Hire, long term positions and once hired on benefits will be offered.

Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. (Must be open to Overtime)

Job duties will include:

• Overseeing personnel assigned to work in warehouse.
• Handling the Disciplinary action procedures.
• Have experience with timekeeping and calculating payroll hours.
• Schedule workers to ensure that the warehouse has coverage daily.
• Communicate employee problems with management.
• Handle complaints from employees and report to management, to resolve issues.
• Coordinate help needed in the warehouse with agency.
• Schedule Safety training & follow up that employees are following safety rules & using PPE equipment provided by the company.
• Good communication skills / Bilingual English & Spanish.
• Have a good attitude towards workers. Discreet, work with confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
