DePaula Chevrolet is looking for an ambitious, outgoing professional to schedule appointments for our Sales Department. We are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm to provide our customers with outstanding service. The position involves scheduling appointments using the phone and email, and has great earning potential for motivated self-starters. This is a part time position with a flexible schedule, but Saturdays will be a requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
- Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options
- Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
- Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with schedule (days, evenings and rotating Saturdays are required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
