This role focuses primarily on break/fix troubleshooting, device repair, and basic technical maintenance. The intern will work closely with the IT team to respond to support tickets, assist with hardware and software issues, and help maintain a reliable and user-friendly technology environment for students, staff, and faculty.

Respond to and resolve break/fix support tickets, including device repair, peripheral issues, and basic network troubleshooting.

Diagnose hardware and software problems on student and staff devices (computers, tablets, printers, projectors, etc.).

Perform routine maintenance such as updates, image deployment, device cleaning, and testing.

Assist with equipment setup for classrooms, events, and school activities.
