Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Complete assembly work orders by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
- Gather and prepare the appropriate parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials needed to complete each job.
- Position parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, drawings, and written instructions.
- Assemble components by examining connections for proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
- Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and other assembly tools to complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Measure and test completed components to verify they meet required specifications.
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product integrity and accuracy.
- Identify issues or inconsistencies and use basic problem-solving skills to determine appropriate solutions.
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to overall production goals.
- Perform other assembly-related duties as required.
