Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: coordinate taskings, executive engagements, and schedules by using existing web-based and digital tools; and manage correspondence and suspense processes by reviewing, assigning, and tracking high-priority actions, ensuring accurate, timely responses and effective coordination on sensitive matters.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Education

- Directs the administrative operations of the office. Ensures the most efficient and effective support is provided to the COO in the execution of his/her responsibilities.
- Establishes and exercises control over the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) calendar for daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Provides advisory services on a variety of administrative and editorial issues which impact on DoWEA.
- Serves as the Directorate’s administrator and primary manager for the web-based suspense tracking system.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and customer support to the Financial and Business Operations (FBO) Directorate.
Conditions of employment
