Management and Program Analyst

Incumbent performs multiple and varying assignments and serves as the focal for the Management and Program Analyst Funds Certification Officers (FCOs) in the performance of Funds Certification and Reconciliation. Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish assignments.

To qualify for this position at the FV-H level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized experience is:Experience with Funds Certification and Reconciliation policies and procedures across all FAA financial systems. Experience in accounting, budget and financial management principles and practices.
