This position serves as the Administrative Officer (AO) for the Minneapolis District. The incumbent plans, develops, monitors, and executes actions required to manage the organization's administrative functions. The position is located within the Minneapolis District Area (WCM51).
Qualifications:SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52) weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-F (GS/FG-5-9) level that demonstrates the ability to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
For this position, specialized experience includes: Collaborating with supervisors, managers, and administrative staff using planning, developing, monitoring, and execution skills to resolve specific problems in the administrative program areas covered by the position i.e. personnel management, travel, time and attendance, records management, etc.

Education:SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION for the G Band: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Education may be combined with experience to meet the one year required specialized experience.
