Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II independently performs the more difficult, complex and technical analytical work; provides consultation as indicated by verbal and written guidelines relating to all aspects of the Non-Information Technology (Non-IT) and Information Technology (IT) Procurement Contracts for goods and services and Office of State Publishing (OSP) requests.

NOTE: This position may be eligible for hybrid telework under Government Code 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California, subject to the candidate meeting telework eligibility criteria set forth in the CalEPA telework policy and/or future program need. Employees not residing in California are not eligible for telework. Regardless of telework eligibility, all employees may be required to report to the position’s designated headquarters location, as indicated on their duty statement, at their own expense.

  • Experience in service contract management with the State of California
  • Experience in procurement management with the State of California
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying contract policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative solutions
  • Understanding of the principles, practices, and trends in project management, conflict resolution, and customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively research, identify, synthesize, and resolve complex operational issues and information
  • Experience using Fl$Cal
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience using Adobe Sign
  • Knowledge or experience working with diverse cultural communities
  • Awareness of diverse communities and regional demographics
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and with sensitivity

Salary : $72,372 - $90,564
