ENGINEER, CIVIL– FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT/SOUTHERN SERVICE CENTER/SAN DIEGO OR SACRAMENTO
This is a statewide recruitment. The reporting location for this position is negotiable with the Sacramento and San Diego counties being preferred. This position will work under the direction of the Senior Civil Engineer.

The duties of the Civil Engineer include preparing technical designs, including plans, specifications and estimates, for roads, parking areas, bridges, piers, retaining walls, utility connections, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, water and sewage treatment facilities and storm water collection and treatment systems at State Parks and other public agency facilities. Duties also include obtaining permits for construction projects, conducting field investigations, and preparing cost analysis and progress reports.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-office centered.
