What are the responsibilities and job description for the INSPECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES position at Department of Motor Vehicles?
This position is located at the Hayward Occupational Licensing Inspector Office in Hayward.
Under direction of the Supervising Inspector, the Occupational Licensing Inspection Branch (OLIB) perform inspections of entities licensed, or seeking to be licensed by the department. Conduct licensing inspections of business locations, communicates deficiencies to licensees, perform follow up inspections to ensure the deficiencies have been corrected and make referrals where appropriate. Provide partnership with internal/external customers on various types of industry knowledge.

The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.
