Job Duties

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is hiring for 2 Vehicle Branding Techs for positions within its Customer Service & Management Administration at our headquarters location in Richmond, VA.

The Vehicle Branding Technician performs high-volume, detail-oriented tasks to process branded vehicle title applications, coordinate salvage exams, verify VINs, issue replacements, and manage branding corrections. This role ensures DMV standards in vehicle branding processes, assisting DMV’s Customer Service Centers and partners by maintaining accuracy and timely service.

Minimum Qualifications

o Knowledge of business English, grammar, and basic mathematics.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in DMV processes, data entry, and document verification.
o Ability to interpret and apply DMV and NMVTIS standards accurately.
o Experience in office operations or customer service
