- Developing instructional materials, assessments, job aids, and learning solutions while ensuring compliance with accessibility and interoperability standards such as Section 508 and SCORM.
- Consulting with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and management officials to coordinate training initiatives, resolve program issues, and provide technical guidance on instructional design and workforce development activities.
