Applying an in-depth knowledge of all-source (Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals
Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Open Source Intelligence
(OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT)) collection requirements management systems and research
databases capabilities;
Representing the organization on the coordination of issues with law enforcement and intelligence community
partners; and
Preparing and presenting formal and informal briefs to senior level officials and groups while serving as an
intelligence representative in forums and working groups related to intelligence collection and production issues.

Qualifications:
Qualifications required:- The Ability to think critically while developing intelligence collection postures, plans, and strategies in support of CBP initiatives.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, delivering briefs, composing various correspondence, and collaborating with others outside the Division.
- Ability to use collection management software, research tools, and databases as they relate to Collection Requirements Management and/or Collection Operations Management.
- Ability to deliver briefings to managers to promote understanding and acceptance of intelligence assessments and recommendations.
