Under the direction of the Governance and Outreach Manager (Supervisor I) within Office of Health Information, the Health Data Stakeholder Engagement Analyst performs the more responsible, varied, and analytical assignments to support public governance committees and external stakeholder outreach.  The incumbent’s primary focus is the Health Care Payments Data (HPD) Program, providing complex administrative, policy, and operations support to the committees and acts as a liaison between the HPD Stakeholders and the HPD Program.  The incumbent also supports stakeholder outreach and communications activities for other Community Impact Branch efforts as assigned, including website updates, mass mailings, preparing briefing materials and talking points, and identifies, evaluates, and coordinates participation in outreach events, conferences, and stakeholder convenings.


Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) hours each month. In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
  • 2 years of experience with working with customers, stakeholders, or the public in a government or healthcare context.
  • 2 years of experience with working in fast-paced environment managing competing deadlines.
  • Experience developing communication materials, such as briefing documents, talking points, agendas, or newsletters for public or government audiences.
  • Experience with external stakeholder outreach, including planning or coordinating public-facing events.
  • Experience with health care policy, legislation, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Familiarity with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act or similar public meeting compliance requirements.
  • Experience maintaining or updating website content.

Salary : $72,372 - $90,564
