As a Supervisory Health Information Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

- Participating fully with the Division Director in developing and implementing program policies and plans, making critical decisions, and providing expert advice and counsel concerning approaches and options that are sound and feasible in relation to program goals, objectives, and Federal budgetary and economic realities.

- Performing the administrative and technical management functions relative to the staff supervised, including planning work, setting priorities, assigning work, establishing performance expectations, evaluating performance, resolving grievances, and developing employees.
