This position serves as Director, Division of Grants Compliance and Oversight (DGCO) to oversee the Divisions' activities, provide administrative and technical supervision over the Division staff, coordinates activities with other OPERA divisions, and serve as a liaison and advocate to the extramural community. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: You qualify at the GS-15 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: providing leadership and training to grants specialists; identifying and defining major issues pertaining to grants administration laws and regulations in compliance -related areas which may impact grants compliance approaches; formulating new and modified grants management compliance policies and procedures; and evaluating organizational compliance with existing policy and procedures.
