- Coordinate Emergency Department patient care by managing specialty referrals, discharge planning, follow-up appointments, transportation, and continuity of care with internal and external healthcare providers.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, triage, emergency interventions, medication administration, and patient monitoring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records, obtained outside medical records and diagnostic results, and ensured timely documentation and communication of patient care information.
