MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
GS-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least six (6) months of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office or other work that indicates your ability to perform the work of this position at the GS-03 level.
OR
One (1) year of education above the high school level. This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
OR
A combination of education and experience that when combined fully meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-03.
GS-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office or other work that indicates your ability to perform the work of this position at the GS-04 level.
OR
Two (2) years of education above the high school level. This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
OR
A combination of education and experience that when combined fully meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-04.

- Provides clerical and administrative support for Business Office operations.
Processes and maintains administrative, financial, and billing-related records and documentation.
Performs data entry, filing, scanning, and records management in electronic systems.
Assists Business Office staff by preparing reports, tracking documents, and routing correspondence.
Uses office systems and software while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial and administrative information.
