Collects and analyzes data to determine if violations have occurred; interpret and reconcile conflicting statements.
Prepare detailed Reports of Investigation (ROI) that present findings of fact supported by evidence.

Minimum Qualifications : You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
· Assists with gathering and reviewing information to support investigations, including identifying potential subjects and relevant issues.
· Reviews investigative leads and evidence to support administrative cases under guidance.
· Assists in drafting investigative reports and case materials for review by higher-level staff or management officials.
