Job Description
The DOC seeks to recruit a Training Compliance Analyst who will report to the Training Compliance Manager within the Training & Development Division. The Training Compliance Analyst will be responsible for tracking and reporting on various training mandated by internal DOC policies and external oversight bodies. The Training Compliance Analyst will also assist in compiling and evaluating training completion data to develop training strategies and initiatives.

- Strong problem solving and analytic skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in a customer service-oriented culture
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding, and
adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or
2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.

Residency Requirement
New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment.
