Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Associate II located in Memphis, TN. The Administrative Associate II will be responsible for managing administrative processes, handling invoicing and finance-related tasks, providing customer service, and communicating effectively with faculty, staff, and students. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, processing payments, and supporting department operations.
