Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of customer service, food quality, and safety
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health codes
• Conduct staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a focus on brunch or casual dining environments
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling required
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, staff training, and managing hospitality teams
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently
• Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles preferred; hospitality or culinary background highly valued
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
